Breakthrough Interview on How to Increase Vitality

March 17, 2016

2016-02-05 15.48.30-2

It’s not everyday that I get the opportunity to sit down with a medical doctor (well, not including the one I am married to) in order to discuss his involvement with helping us folks over 40 years old to look, feel and possibly even reverse aging.

Say WHAT?!?! Yep! You read that correctly…Dr Chein says that we can move the hands of Time backwards.

No, No, No…I know what you’re thinking…that we can become become 21 all over again. We cannot change our chronological age, but we can change our cellular age. And when we alter that…we experience a vibrancy that only a 20 year old can keep up with.

Please enjoy the video…and as always your comments are appreciated and honored.

How To Make Healthy Ice Cream…in 5 minutes!

March 7, 2016

Everybody loves Ice cream! Who doesn’t like the taste of sweet, cold creaminess gently melting in your mouth filling your taste buds up with excitement, reminiscent of a summer day in your childhood?

I know I can remember waiting for the happy ring of the Ice Cream truck chiming down the street…begging my mom for 20 cents (can you imagine ice cream being that cheap back then?) so I can choose my favorite frozen treat…

But now…things are different. I am more interested in keeping my health in check….while still enjoying those yummy taste sensations of my past. That’s why I created my own version of healthy yummy ice cream with only FIVE ingredients.
